The elephant is gentle by heart but has an amazing memory. When the elephants trunk is facing upwards, it is happy. Just like when a dog wags his tail. The elephant is becoming endangered. Poachers slaughter these friendly giants for their tusks. How any human being can bring harm to an innocent animal, I will never be able to comprehend that.
